Python and ZeroConf 0 comments

PyZeroconf is a library I have tried to get working several times. Each attempt has resulted in stumbling , failing and scuttling back to strangeberrys java library with my tail tucked firmly between my legs.

Now with A.M. Kuchling's excellent new article I'm going mounting another expedition to try and conquer that damn mountain.

ZeroConf is a must for many classes of social software as any user of SubEthaEdit will tell you. If you don't know what ZeroConf is, I recommend you find out. I came across most of the concepts years ago in Jini. But this lightweight approach probably has more staying power.
